Total bile acid (TBA) is an important indicator for the evaluation of liver disease and digestive system function, and its detection is of great significance in clinical medicine. 3. Indicator reaction: By measuring the absorbance change of NADH (reduced coenzyme I) at a specific wavelength (such as 405nm), the concentration of TBA can be indirectly calculated. Since the amount of NADH generated is proportional to the concentration of TBA, the quantitative detection of TBA can be achieved through the standard curve.
