About (NGAL)Neutrophil Gelatinase-Associated Lipocalin Assay Kit

This assay kit measures the levels of neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin in human serum and cell lysates. The assay uses a competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The assay begins by coating a microtiter plate with pig neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL). Then, an antibody formulated with Horseradish peroxidase is applied to the plate. The assay stops at a predetermined intensity of color.
The Neutrophil Gelatinase-Associated Lipocalin Assay Kit uses a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technique. The assay uses two separate antibodies: a pre-coated monoclonal antibody and an HRP-conjugated polyclonal antibody. These antibodies are added to wells of an ELISA plate. After adding the samples, the biotin-coated antibody and detection antibody are washed away. Then, the reagents are added to the plate. LCN2 is then added to the wells. The TMB substrate produces a blue colour. LCN2 binds to the plate.

The NGAL Assay Kit has a wide linear range, which enables it to measure a large number of samples in a single test. Its sensitivity is extremely high and linearity is wide. It is available for both urine and plasma samples. This kit has many advantages. If you are a clinical laboratory, Neutrophil Gelatinase-associated Lipocalin Assay Kit may be the best solution for your research.

This test kit is highly sensitive for detecting low levels of Human NGAL and has an acceptable linear range for high concentrations. The accuracy of the measurement depends on the number of samples you test and the sensitivity of the NGAL assay kit. However, it does not require any prior experience with this assay kit. As long as you follow the directions and read the package insert before using the test kit, you should be able to use it safely and without concern.
The Neutrophil Gelatinase-Associated Lipocalin Assay Kit uses HRP colorimetric detection. It works on native NGAL in undiluted body fluids and tissues. The kit uses quantitative QC assays to assess its reproducibility. Once you've mastered the procedure, Neutrophil Gelatinase-associated Lipocalin Assay Kit is ready for research.

A neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin assay kit is an easy and reliable method for detecting NGAL in serum or urine samples. In a laboratory, a TGAL assay kit can detect levels of NGAL in both human urine and serum. However, it may not be accurate enough to detect the level of NGAL in urine or serum without any other tests.
Acute kidney injury in neonates can be detected by measuring serum levels of NGAL, cystatin C, and alpha-microglobulin. These three markers are also useful for monitoring innate immunity, although the latter is more sensitive. They are also associated with end-stage kidney disease and death. And, while serum concentrations of b2-MG are associated with the development of acute kidney injury, they are not the sole cause of this condition.
